Group/Region Manager III (Commercial Loans) directs and manages commercial lending activity for an industry vertical and/or geographic area with large or strategic asset loan portfolios. Establishes and manages lending objectives, strategies, and practices that support the goals set by the organization. Being a Group/Region Manager III (Commercial Loans) seeks out new business opportunities and develops strategies to expand existing business. Coaches lending officers to achieve lending objectives.
