Health Education & Coaching Director oversees a team responsible for providing proactive healthcare education and coaching to plan members. Develops and implements programs designed to increase the overall health of members and improve plan performance. Being a Health Education & Coaching Director reviews existing plans for effectiveness and modifies as needed. Monitors performance of individual health educators or coaches and recommends training or other improvement plans. Additionally, Health Education & Coaching Director typically requires a bachelor's degree in a related area, licensure as a registered nurse (RN). Typically reports to top management.
