Requirements and Responsibilities

Healthcare Sales/Marketing Coordinator coordinates marketing and sales for ancillary healthcare organizations, including assisted living locations, skilled nursing facilities, and home health/hospice agencies. Prepares marketing plans for increasing patient acquisition and develops leads through contacts with community organizations, hospitals, and other referral sources. Being a Healthcare Sales/Marketing Coordinator may be responsible for coordinating contract negotiations with hospitals and insurance companies. May require a bachelor's degree in related area.
