Requirements and Responsibilities

Instrumentation/Calibration Technician III calibrate, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot instrumentation and equipment used in a laboratory or manufacturing plant. Conduct routine testing and preventative maintenance to ensure conformance to established calibration standards. Being an Instrumentation/Calibration Technician III experience using calibration software and diagnostic tools. Understanding of standards such as ISO,GMP,QSR. Additionally, Instrumentation/Calibration Technician III requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Instrumentation/Calibration Technician III has gained full proficiency in a broad range of activities related to the job. Independently performs a wide range of complex duties under general guidance from supervisors. To be an Instrumentation/Calibration Technician III typically requires 5-7 years of related experience.
