Requirements and Responsibilities

Partnership Business Development Senior Manager manages business development activities to identify, develop, and administer strategic partnerships with other organizations to realize key objectives, gain operational efficiencies, address unmet market needs, and create new customers and markets. Leads research activities to identify business opportunities, conduct due diligence, and develop plans and strategies for new alliances. Being a Partnership Business Development Senior Manager negotiates with new partners to formalize alliances and relationships. Implements partnerships with stakeholders across the organization. Additionally, Partnership Business Development Senior Manager establishes processes to track, measure, and analyze results and outcomes and evaluate alliances' value. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Partnership Business Development Senior Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Partnership Business Development Senior Manager typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.
