Personnel Records Supervisor III oversees the maintenance of employee records, including new hires, status updates, and terminations. Ensures employee data is correctly entered into the employee record keeping system. Being a Personnel Records Supervisor III supervises the collection of employee data and preparation of statistical reports. Requires an associate degree. Additionally, Personnel Records Supervisor III typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Personnel Records Supervisor III supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments.
