Requirements and Responsibilities

Regional Customer Service Manager plans, organizes, directs, set controls, and provides leadership for the general line sales staff, and the sales of general line equipment. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes.
