Sales and Marketing Specialist V helps design and implement marketing and sales initiatives and presentations to support the growth of company products and services. Engages with new prospects and existing customers to sell an organization's products. Being a Sales and Marketing Specialist V works with customers to determine which products would suit their needs, and to work through any problems or concerns that arise. Develops sales presentations and provides market reports based on research including marketing trends, competition, new products, and pricing. Additionally, Sales and Marketing Specialist V requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Sales and Marketing Specialist V works autonomously. Goals are generally communicated in "solution" or project goal terms. May provide a leadership role for the work group through knowledge in the area of specialization. Works on advanced, complex technical projects or business issues requiring state of the art technical or industry knowledge. To be a Sales and Marketing Specialist V typically requires 10+ years of related experience.
