SAP Business Analyst IV analyzes business needs and processes to assist with developing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications. Documents business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps to serve as a reference for the organization. Additionally, SAP Business Analyst IV analyzes system performance and user feedback to identify opportunities to improve processes and SAP functionality. Generates and monitors regular reports to ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of SAP applications. Communicates with SAP vendors to troubleshoot and resolve questions or issues.
