Shop Service Supervisor oversees the repair and maintenance of heavy equipment including engines, hydraulics, and transmissions. Leads service technicians in removing, disassembling, replacing, cleaning, and/or reassembling components. Maintains inventory of replacement parts, tools, and equipment required for operations. Additionally, Shop Service Supervisor typically requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a manager.
