Requirements and Responsibilities
Standard Job Coordinator creates standard jobs and repair standards for preventive maintenance, machine, truck engine repairs, and component rebuilds. Develops maintenance plans, performs maintenance duties, and/or contracts service providers as necessary. Being a Standard Job Coordinator assesses procedures and makes recommendations for improvement. Requires a high school diploma. Additionally, Standard Job Coordinator typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Standard Job Coordinator works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job. To be a Standard Job Coordinator typically requires 3-5 years of related experience, or may need 2 years experience with additional specialized training and/or certification.
