Requirements and Responsibilities

Top Sales Executive plans and directs all aspects of an organization's sales policies, objectives, and initiatives. Develops the sales plan to fulfill the growth and revenue goals of the organization. Being a Top Sales Executive is responsible for ensuring maximum sales volume of an organization's products and/or services. Manages all aspects of the sales function including inside sales, outside sales and customer service teams. Additionally, Top Sales Executive requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Top Sales Executive manages a business unit, division, or corporate function with major organizational impact. Establishes overall direction and strategic initiatives for the given major function or line of business. Has acquired the business acumen and leadership experience to become a top function or division head.
