Requirements and Responsibilities
Web Administrator maintains hardware and software critical to the functionality of the organization's Internet/intranet. Monitors usage and performance, creates and maintains backups, and troubleshoots and resolves issues as they arise. Being a Web Administrator typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Web Administrator contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. To be a Web Administrator typically requires 4 to 7 years of related experience.
