Requirements and Responsibilities
Wellness Program Consultant is responsible for developing and maintaining wellness education programs for employees in a company. Implements programs to encourage healthy behaviors. Being a Wellness Program Consultant monitors the overall health of the employees and provides goals for improvement. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty or in a related area. Additionally, Wellness Program Consultant typically reports to a supervisor or manager. To be a Wellness Program Consultant typically requires 4 to 7 years of related experience. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature.
