Works closely with academic advisors to ensure that a proactive and high-quality approach is taken with all students advising needs. Being an Academic Advising Director assists Dean or Associate Dean in the preparation and implementation of department wide goals, procedures, and controls. Analyzes existing goals and programs and recommends improvements. Additionally, Academic Advising Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to the associate dean. The Academic Advising Director manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. The Associate Director of Prospect Development, Academic Medicine is an exempt (salaried) position employed by the University of Cincinnati Foundation (UCF) and reports to the Executive Director of Prospect Development.
Focus
The Associate Director of Prospect Development is a key member of the team that focuses on optimizing prospective donor pools and pipelines, including grateful patient, and providing the strategic insights required to effectively manage UCF’s relationship with its constituents.
The Associate Director of Prospect Development oversees the day-to-day management of the prospect development program for UC Health and the Academic Health colleges. They will ensure effective implementation of a full suite of prospect management, portfolio analysis and review, pipeline management, and prospect research services for the Academic Health Colleges and UC Health Grateful Patient.
