Position description: work as an employee of an independent advisor franchisee with a private wealth advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial. Provide administrative support in daily business operations, including but not limited to:
· Client care and relationship management
· Record retention and filing
· Meeting prep and follow up
· Data entry
· Project tracking
· Marketing assistance
· Support compliance with regulatory agencies
· Respond to ad hoc requests and other duties as assigned
Experience in the financial industry is not required; we'll train the right person.
Required:
· Minimum two or more years of office experience in a professional setting
· Strong computer skills
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Organized and strong attention to detail
