The need for quality, supplemental education and enrichment options in the Eugene area created the vision for the Academic Achievement Center (AAC). The AAC provides tutoring, homework help, SAT/ACT preparation, and enrichment, including the STEM Shuttle, no-school day, and summer camps.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a STEM Teacher to join our team! They will enrich students and lead them in different STEM activities.Responsibilities:Manage and educate students in a classroom settingDevelop and implement engaging activitiesMaintain positive relationships with students and parentsHelp students with homeworkMaintain the health and safety of all studentsPick up students at local elementary schoolsQualificationsQualifications:Previous experience in teaching or other educational fields preferredStrong classroom management skillsAbility to build rapport with students & parentsWell versed in different forms of technologyStrong leadership qualitiesCurrent Drivers LicenseAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
