Student Success Coordinators (SSC'S) are to develop a relationship and rapport with the student and family and support their academic journey with Growing Minds. Through proactive practices, SSC’s are to continuously monitor the student’s progress while ensuring the academic blueprint devised by the counselor is being followed. SSC’s are to recognize and communicate additional services and needs that may be necessary to promote success such as tutoring, assessments, time management sessions, consultations and more. SSC’s are to effectively communicate both internally and externally as to the progress and needs of each student.
