Position Qualifications: | Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree Two years of experience working in a tutoring, peer learning, or supplemental instruction program or equivalent academic or non-academic experience. Knowledge of the UMKC SI model. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree Two years of experience managing an SI or tutoring program in a higher education setting, providing leadership to students. Experience creating and delivering professional development and training modules. Experience with data collection, reporting, and program assessment. Certified SI Supervisor from the International Center for Supplemental Instruction. |
