    We are seeking a motivated Associate Account Manager to join our esteemed Sales team in the Cleveland, OH region. As an integral member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in representing our cutting-edge products and services to our valued customers, advocating for their needs while collaborating with various internal stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Engage in lead generation calls with key customer influencers, articulating our value proposition to facilitate meetings for Field Account Managers.
    • Create new business opportunities for our Software-Driven Data Center and Campus switching platforms, cloud-based Wireless WiFi solutions, DANZ Fabric Monitoring, and Zero Trust security products.
    • Enhance attendance at marketing events by driving participation and engagement.
    • Assist in the planning and coordination of quarterly field marketing events, tracking attendance metrics for effectiveness.
    • Provide comprehensive sales operations support to Field Account Managers, including assistance with sales quotes, order submissions, and resolution of billing inquiries.
    • Participate in sales training initiatives and shadow Senior Account Managers, preparing for future progression to a Field Territory Account Manager role.
    • Stay updated on technology partner solutions, competitor products, and market strategies.

    Required Skills

    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate relationships at various organizational levels.
    • A solid technical foundation in Cloud, Networking, Virtualization, Network Security, Compute, SaaS/IaaS, Wireless (WiFi), and Network Monitoring.
    • Capacity to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
    • A genuine passion for technology and sales.

    Qualifications

    • A Bachelor's degree (BS/BA/BBA) or equivalent, coupled with 2-3 years of relevant technology sales experience.
    • Previous experience in Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, or as a Sales Associate is preferred.
