Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive business plans to achieve goals and sales quotas.
• Handle the complete sales cycle from prospecting to securing deals, focusing on new customer acquisition and partnership cultivation.
• Design and implement innovative, high-level marketing solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
• Engage in vigorous cold-calling and networking to establish new relationships and opportunities.
• Deliver persuasive product presentations to prospective clients.
• Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Proactively address customer concerns and issues to maintain the company’s reputation for excellence.
• Negotiate contracts and maintain meticulous records of sales and client data.

Qualifications:

• Experience in media sales is advantageous but not mandatory; we provide training for candidates with the right attitude.
• Proven track record in sales or customer service roles, with a keen understanding of market research, sales, and negotiation principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, adept at building relationships.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
