Account Executive, Sr. develops relationships with larger and more complex clients to increase revenue. Pursues relationships with potential new accounts and identifies business opportunities to upsell services/products to current and new businesses. Being an Account Executive, Sr. drives retention and growth among customers by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed. Has detailed knowledge of products and services offered and ensures that products and services consistently meet client needs. Additionally, Account Executive, Sr. maintains a cadence of communicating with customers to ensure client satisfaction and promote ongoing contract renewal. Advises internal teams on product and service improvements/suggestions based on client feedback. Provides sales quotes and responds to requests for proposals. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Account Executive, Sr. work is highly independent. May assume a team lead role for the work group. A specialist on complex technical and business matters.     Principales Funciones
    • Gestionar y desarrollar relaciones con cuentas clave asegurando una atención personalizada y efectiva.
    • Adquirir y llevar cuentas nuevas, buscando oportunidades para incrementar la cartera de clientes y fortalecer la presencia en los mercados asignados.
    • Realizar revisiones periódicas de KPI para medir el desempeño de las cuentas y proponer estrategias de mejora.
    • Monitorear y analizar tendencias de mercado, utilizando herramientas como Google y Excel para identificar oportunidades de crecimiento.
    • Llevar a cabo la búsqueda de nuevas agencias para expandir el alcance y maximizar oportunidades de negocio.
    • Mantener contacto continuo con los clientes a través de correo electrónico, llamadas y visitas presenciales.
    • Potenciar la venta de las agencias con compra
    • Capacitar agencias en diversos contenidos
    • Seguimiento en postventa 
    • Comunicación de promociones e incentivos 


    Requisitos
    • Título profesional en Turismo o carreras afines.
    • Experiencia en gestión de cuentas y desarrollo de negocios.
    • Fuertes habilidades analíticas y experiencia en el uso de Excel para análisis de datos.
    • Nivel avanzado de inglés.deseable (no excluyente)
    • Disponibilidad para viajar
    • Experiencia en relacionamiento con clientes
