Salary Range: $110k - $130k

What You Will Do
The Account Management team is responsible for day-to-day customer service and technology support management of our clients. As Director of Account Management, you are responsible for creating a vision and framework within the rest of the team operates to accomplish our organizational goals – and then supporting the team and holding them accountable to that methodology. You will own the customer experience and ensure that every client receives the “white-glove” level of service that they deserve.
Success in this role is measured by positive customer feedback, retention of clients, responsiveness and completion of client requests within SLA guidelines, and additional revenue generated from existing clients.
You will drive results by:
- Setting and managing universal team goals and expectations.
- Checking in and holding team members accountable for agreed upon metrics.
- Developing and documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure every client receives the same level of care.
- Ensuring the customers are maximizing the value of the RateLinx SaaS solution.
- Maintaining a reliable, trusting relationship with the customers.
- Being accountable that support issues and system enhancements are resolved completely, accurately, and within SLA guidelines.
You will support the team by:
- Acting as the primary leadership point of contact for the Account Management team.
- Becoming proficient in the functionality and capabilities of the RateLinx software.
- Managing customer issues with RateLinx’s internal teams to ensure issue resolution.
- Troubleshooting technical issues with the team and escalating items as needed.
- Providing responsive feedback and coaching to team members continuously.
