Account Management Trainee Duties:

• Drive client engagement by conveying product features, advantages, and benefits in a clear and compelling manner
• Execute sales by meeting one-on-one with prospective customers
• Utilize a generated lead list to make contact and qualify customers
• Build lasting relationships with clients by diving into their needs, engaging in a friendly but professional manner, and resolving any concerns in a timely manner
• Foster a collaborative and supportive environment for all team members
• Develop a deep understanding of the company’s product offerings, staying up-to-date on industry trends and market dynamics to provide informed recommendations to customers
• Participate in regular training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills in the areas of sales, customer service, and business development
• Comply with all company policies and procedures while interacting with customers and closing sales

Preferred Account Management Trainee Qualifications:

• Prior experience in Leadership, Management, Account Management, Business Development, Sales or related fields is preferred
• A determined and resilient attitude, capable of handling rejection, setbacks, and challenges while maintaining a positive attitude
• A desire to grow and advance quickly from an entry level position
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation and the ability to commute to our Worcester office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
