We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Account Manager to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of commercial roofing clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide them with the best solutions to meet their requirements. This is a permanent position that offers competitive compensation and benefits packages.
Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the commercial roofing industry

Conduct outside sales activities, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events to generate new business opportunities

Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts by identifying new opportunities and providing exceptional customer service

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Provide clients with product knowledge, technical expertise, and guidance on commercial repair and roofing solutions

Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, highlighting the benefits of our products and services

Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify potential threats and opportunities

Achieve sales targets and revenue goals set by the company
Qualifications:

2 years of experience in roofing, outside sales, account management, commercial repair, or commercial roofing

Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams

Technical knowledge of commercial roofing systems and repair solutions

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and drive

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
