Account Manager develops relationships with smaller to mid-sized clients to increase revenue. Pursues relationships with potential new accounts and identifies business opportunities to upsell services/products to current and new businesses. Being an Account Manager drives retention and growth among customers by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed. Has detailed knowledge of products and services offered and ensures that products and services consistently meet client needs. Additionally, Account Manager maintains a cadence of communicating with customers to ensure client satisfaction and promote ongoing contract renewal. Advises internal teams on product and service improvements/suggestions based on client feedback. Provides sales quotes and responds to requests for proposals. May support higher-level account managers working with larger accounts. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Account Manager work is closely managed.     The Marketing Analyst will own development, execution and optimization of landing experiences for campaigns, primarily anchored in analytics/insights. The role also exists to ensure that Account Management category teams have guest experience data/insights at their disposal, to assist with client facing conversations and driving the overall guest experience. This individual is passionate about e-commerce and user experience and able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Define project requirements and scope for campaigns
    • Translate objectives into assignment and execution
    • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
    • Gather and analyze data to understand guest shopping behavior, build insights with the goal of making data supported decisions for landing experiences (i.e. page navigation, facet selection etc.)
    • Manage other guest experience related tasks as needed

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree
    • 3-5 years’ experience in preferably site merchandising/digital marketing/creative/UX with e-commerce and retail focus
    • Project management experience, or experience managing a process from start to finish
    • Outstanding attention to detail, organizational and analytical skills
    • Ability to multi-task and work within a rapidly changing environment
    • Exceptional communication skills with a variety of partners
    • Able to analyze and present data and results (at times based on complex information)
    • Technical aptitude and understanding of systems is a bonus
    • Proficient Microsoft Windows skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
