The Mom Project is excited to partner with Rust-Oleum in their search for a Marketing & Communications Project Manager. This is a hybrid setup with 3 days/week at their Vernon Hills studio. This is an open-ended contract with opportunity to extend based on workload and performance.
The Strategic Communications Project Manager will ensure the management, organization and collaboration of all Strategic Communications and Demand Generation marketing projects. This position will effectively manage project priority, team capacity, appropriate task delegation and coordinating project details to drive efficiency, meet deadlines and provide overall support of the Strategic Communications and Demand Generation Team.
Responsibilities- Support the development and implementation of the newly created marketing intake process for marketing requests
- Create, maintain and enforce Monday.com workflows
- Act as primary liaison for the Strategic Communications & Demand Generation and cross-functional teams
- Assist with project planning
- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools and report project status to stakeholders and team members
- Analyze project needs, identify gaps, define capabilities, and propose possible solutions
- Thoroughly document meetings, next steps and follow ups
- Build strong relationships across the organization establishing as a trusted resource
- Facilitates project lifecycle ensuring checkpoints, approvals and deliveries are successfully met
- Provide critical thinking and creative problem solving in a fast-paced environment
- Skilled in Monday.com
- Experience in marketing/creative project management
- Experience with building, enforcing and maintain PM systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Able to handle multiple high-volume projects at once
- Able to manage information and communications across several teams
- Corporate inhouse and/or agency experience
- Marketing tools: adobe cc, routing software
