Your Way Property Services is an award winning full service Landscape Company located in Milford, Michigan. With our continued growth we are looking to add an Account Manager to our team. As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and growing customer relationships, act as primary contact to our clients and ensure that their expectations are heard, met and exceeded. The Account Manager will use innovative solutions and proven sales experience to build and sustain long-term relationships, focusing on both customer retention and supplemental sales ideas.

Responsibilities

• Ability to enhance sales with current and prospective clients
• Cultivate new clients for Landscape, Irrigation, Fertilization and Snow Removal Divisions
• Perform site inspections and monitor sites
• Measure properties, prepare estimates and present Sales Proposals
• Continually track and update sales
• Be a participating member of the Snow Management Team
• Work closely with division supervisors and managers

The Account Manager would preferably have experience in the green industry, be a Certified Landscape Professional or have a Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, but motivated sales professionals without industry experience will also be considered.
