Account Services Representative provides superior customer service to account holders by responding to questions about their account and processing transactions and fills in as teller as needed. May process account openings, closings, and distributions following standard procedures and regulations. Being an Account Services Representative resolves customer issues and escalates complex cases to the appropriate bank staff. Knowledgeable about bank products and services. Additionally, Account Services Representative identifies cross-selling opportunities as appropriate, and may refer customers to other bank resources. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. The Account Services Representative works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline.
