Account Services Representative provides superior customer service to account holders by responding to questions about their account and processing transactions and fills in as teller as needed. May process account openings, closings, and distributions following standard procedures and regulations. Being an Account Services Representative resolves customer issues and escalates complex cases to the appropriate bank staff. Knowledgeable about bank products and services. Additionally, Account Services Representative identifies cross-selling opportunities as appropriate, and may refer customers to other bank resources. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. The Account Services Representative works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Due to recent growth, we are looking to add an Entry Level Account Representative to our Cherry Hill branch. Qualified candidates will have at least one year of experience in a Business to Business sales services role and be highly motivated, goal-oriented professionals. This Account Rep will cold call, develop new accounts, and form relationships with Hiring Managers in the Southern, NJ market. Salary will be comprised of a base salary plus commission plan.
The Account Rep job responsibilities include:
- Calls on prospective customers to introduce Synerfac services with the goal of developing prospects into clients.
- Increases sales of services by becoming aware of customers" requirements and trends
- Recommends resolution of potential and actual staffing problems. May modify Synerfac"s current services to meet customers" special needs.
- Coordinates sales negotiations with Clients and Management.
- Coordinates schedule to call clients" that correspond with the clients" calendar.
- Works with Synerfac personnel and clients to resolve billing and service issues.
- Tours client facilities regularly to gain an understanding of business activities and personnel requirements of the client.
- Maintains records of all client sales activities and follow-up requirements by utilizing Applicant tracking database.
- At least one year of experience is desired, but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication. Bilingual is a plus.
- Goal-oriented. Must be able to demonstrate leadership and past accomplishments.
- Money motivated.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously; meet deadlines; set own priorities; continuously improve processes and procedures; schedule day events; make cold calls; prepare and give formal presentations.
- Must be able to travel extensively within assigned territory.
- Excellent problem solving, oral/written communication, organizational, interpersonal and motivational skills and the ability to interface with all levels of staff and management also required.
