Account Services Representative, Sr. jobs in Oklahoma

The Account Representative is responsible for assisting the Account Executive with fulfilling the production needs of the granted portfolio.    

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle the production aspect of the granted portfolio of the Account Executive from credit to collection while maintaining a low error ratio.
• Meet or exceed all weekly goals granted through peak program and department goals.
• Make customer credit decisions within established guidelines and follow up with disputed factoring invoices.
• Provide feedback to lead and team on how you will accomplish weekly goals.
• Use all the resources and software TBS provides to better assist with colleague’s and clients questions.
• Maintain communication with Account Executive in direct correlation with the client’s needs.
• Send paperwork requested by broker including but limited to invoices, short pay, fund delivery and year end reports. 
• Promotes and fosters a positive and supportive environment that is committed to the success of the department, peers, customers and the overall goals of TBS. 
• Inform clients of other TBS services and provide information as requested. 
• Understand and keep current on the latest procedures for our department and company. 
• Cross train and assist other teams as needed.

Qualifications, Education & Special Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent, College Degree Preferred.
• Industry knowledge of transportation, factoring and finance sectors. 
• Highly skilled in computer, electronic communication, and technology proficiencies with ability to quickly learn new software, applications, systems, and operate office equipment.
• Strong knowledge of Excel (spreadsheets), Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Power Point.
• Ability to move in and out and around the office, including furniture and ability to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. 
• Capable of constantly (i) operating a computer, keyboard, and mouse; (ii) viewing monitors, and (iii) working other office equipment, such as a calculator, copy machine, computer printer, fax machine, overhead project systems.
• Ability to type efficiently and effectively without excessive errors. 
• Capacity to learn quickly and accurately apply and communicate the knowledge.
