KorthaseFlinn is seeking an entry-level Customer Service Representative/Account Manager for its Business Insurance Team. We are willing to train a candidate with no insurance experience. A successful candidate will support KorthaseFlinn’s business property & casualty clients, their HR or Finance staff, or office managers in the handling of insurance matters such as adding or removing vehicles and other policy changes, filing claims and billing issues in a friendly, professional, and confidential manner.
While certainly not limited to this list, some backgrounds that might have easily transferable skills may include accounting, banking, commercial lending support, title insurance, loan closers, or B2B account management.
