Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial concepts and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and examine financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with laws and regulations
- Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data
- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts to support financial planning and decision-making processes
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
- Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documentation and addressing any inquiries or discrepancies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate recording of financial transactions
- Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and best practices to ensure compliance

Qualifications:
- CPA certification is preferred
- Proven experience in accounting or a related role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial concepts
- Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, )
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
