7:30am – 4:30pm (Monday – Friday)

Hours of work may vary dependent upon situational factors.

Under the supervision of Facilities Financial Management Administration, this position reviews and processes time entries for payroll purposes for Facilities – Campus bi-weekly and monthly employees in KRONOS and SAP systems; Reconciles facilities – campus bi-weekly payroll remuneration statements, including auditing, verifying, and processing corrections; Processes labor re-distributions; Distributes bi-weekly payroll statements, as needed; Maintains up-to-date Payroll Procedures Manual; Retains supporting documentation for payroll activities and resolves any payroll issues; Updates employee profiles for the KRONOS system; Prints, distributes, and files monthly employee timesheets; and assists all departments with timekeeping responsibilities.

In addition, the Accountant processes account reconciliations to ensure account balances are in agreement; Ensures funds leaving an account at the end of the period match actual funds spent; Prepares various reports; maintains departmental records, and processes accounts payables and/or receivables, as required, and provides administrative support / customer service to all Facilities Management – Campus Departments.

MS Windows/Office; SAP; KRONOS

Driver’s License — Preferred

Knowledgeable in business and procurement procedures; payroll processes and regulations.

Demonstrated proficiency in MS Windows/Office; Excel; and Outlook as well as 10-key pad data entry.

Demonstrated proficiency in SAP — Highly Desirable.
