This role involves:
IMPORTANT TO KNOW: The responsibilities of this role require a minimum of 90 days initial training, as well as up to 12 months of ongoing training to become highly proficient with the overall Accounting department processes and interactions with other departments company wide.
This is a staff position, not a management position, thus it will require someone who loves to support the work and responsibilities of the company managers.
The role of this position is primarily entering invoices most of the day every day, every week, every month of the year. There are other responsibilities in this role, but the primary responsibility is invoice entry.
This role is most suited for someone who loves keyboard work, looking at a monitor all day, reconciling numbers, working through established processes, chasing completion of large stacks of invoices that never stop 'coming at you' - and NOT requiring much human interaction daily.
This role is ideal for someone who is very focused, not easily distracted, and who enjoys competing with themselves every day to conquer the accounting stacks and mountains of invoicing.
Compensation Summary:
$17-18/ per hour
Quarterly Teamwork Bonus Program*
*Bonuses are calculated based on your performance, the team's performance, and the company's performance during the 3-month period of time.
