Accounting Clerk jobs in Minnesota
Accounting Clerk performs routine accounting activities such as data entry, maintenance of the general ledger, preparation of various accounting statements and financial reports. Reviews, codes, and verifies transactions including billings, invoices, checks, and journal entries. Being an Accounting Clerk assists in completing moderately complex calculations using spreadsheets and other software tools. Reconciles accounts and bank statements. Additionally, Accounting Clerk has a basic understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Accounting Clerk works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. We are looking for a Full Time Accounting Clerk to assist with all accounting related functions to complete all sale deals. Manage various OEM general ledger accounts. Manage floor plan accounts to include additions, transfers, payoffs and monthly account reconciliation. Complete or process various other accounting entries for month end and schedule reconciliations.
JOB QUALIFICAITONS:
- Accounting Associates Degree or minimum of 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Office, Word
- Mathematical or Accounting aptitude.
Applicants must have a #GATRDone attitude with a willingness to grow and learn.
Applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment screening to qualify.
