Accounting Clerk jobs in Montgomery, AL

Job Description:

• Prepares daily deposits
• Prepares all cash receipts
• Reconciles cash schedule
• Accounts Receivables up to and including: posting factory EFT's, collect and allocate payments, generate and send out monthly statements, call on outstanding payments
• Assist with filing
• Assist in monthly closings
• Maintains a professional appearance and a neat work area

Requirements

• 2 years Automotive Accounting Experience Preferred
• CDK Global experience preferred
• Working knowledge of dealership documents Preferred
• Excellent communication skills.
• Professional personal appearance.
• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
• All applicants must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner.
• All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver's license.
• Must possess strong attention to detail.
• Willing to new learn new things.
