Dingman’s Collision Center is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial department by handling a variety of accounting tasks.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions and entering      them into accounting software with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Investigate and resolve AP discrepancies and/or issues
• Schedule out weekly check runs
• Reconcile bank statements and identify discrepancies
• Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end closing      procedures
• Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal      departments
• Maintain vendor records
• Perform other accounting duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or Associates (preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an accounting role (preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Familiarity with accounting software a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
