Accounts Payable Analyst jobs in Arizona

Scotia Group Management LLC is searching for an accounts payable specialist to join our team! We are seeking a team player, deadline driven individual for our corporate accounts payable department.

Duties include:

Review invoices for proper support and approval

Research and resolve invoice discrepancies

Maintain files

Vendor Maintenance/process yearly 1099’s

Other accounting and administrative duties as developed or assigned

Financial experience helpful

This position requires excellent customer service skills to vendors and field personnel

Two years of prior accounts payable or accounting clerk experience, excel and 10-key are required. Must work well under pressure with minimal supervision once training has been completed.
