General Purpose:

Perform accounting tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions and vendor relations for multiple clients.

Primary Job Functions:

• Adhere to all accounts payable policies and procedures.
• Receive, enter, and upload all vendor invoices into Stampli.
• Perform invoice and general-ledger data entry in Stampli and review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to submitting for approval.
• Manage vendor relations and follow up on account statements and other discrepancies regarding payment of accounts.
• Receive, research, and resolve a variety of routine internal and external inquiries concerning account status, including communicating the resolution of discrepancies to appropriate persons.
• Log into vendor portals to pull invoices, send to Stampli and make payments.

·         Respond to email and phone inquiries in a timely manner.

• Execute credit card reconciliation monthly, gather receipts and expense coding before submitting to Stampli.
•  Month end workbook completed monthly by the 6^th business day verifying all expenses have been submitted for each client account.

·         Prepare and process checks in Acumatica upon approval by ownership for each client account.

·         Research outstanding prepayments, follow up with vendors and apply invoices to prepayments.

·         Communicate with AP Processors regarding specific invoice issues, approvals, and coding.

• Set up all new vendors in Acumatica for assigned client accounts for employee expense reimbursement, resident and entrance fee refunds.
• Request W-9 for the new vendors as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Knowledge of accounts payable and general accounting procedures
• Experience in Acumatica or Stampli a plus
• 1-3 years accounts payable or general accounting experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
