We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Analyst to join our Accounts Payable team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary and is hybrid position.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

• Responsible for the end-to-end Accounts Payable process and will assume complete ownership of the service delivery
• Provide decision support to the business, analyzing invoice processes, compliance to policy and recommendations for rectification
• Ensure disputes are resolved with supplier on a timely basis as agreed with the client
• Identify and execute automation opportunities to streamline the process and gain process efficiency
• Deliver on defined targets and drive process improvements, focused on improving quality, speed, controls and value to the customer

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

• Bachelors or equivalent combination of education and experience is required
• Bachelors degree preferred
• Prior financial services experience preferred
• 3 years of total work experience preferred
