Typically reports to a director. The Accounts Payable Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an Accounts Payable Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     • Strong organizational abilities with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
    • Essential experience with QuickBooks to manage accounting tasks efficiently, including but not limited to:
    • Recording and categorizing transactions accurately.
    • Generating financial reports and summaries.
    • Reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies.
    • Managing vendor and customer profiles.
    • Utilizing QuickBooks features for efficient financial management and analysis.
