Corvid is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Manager to join our finance team. As an integral part of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of accounts payable processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company policies and regulations.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct daily review and reconciliation of accounts payable transactions and vendor statements.

• Manage the accounts payable function, including invoice processing, payment approvals, and vendor communications.

• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals and financial reporting.

• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure proper coding and authorization of invoices.

• Develop and maintain efficient processes for timely and accurate payment of invoices.

• Collaborate with procurement and vendor management teams to streamline vendor relationships and optimize payment terms.

• Prepare and analyze accounts payable reports and metrics to support decision-making and identify areas for process improvement.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and accounting standards.
