Roberts Sinto is currently seeking an Accounts Payable employee to join our Team in Grand Ledge, MI

What You Will Do

General

The Accounts Payable position will:

• Match and review invoices (utility bills/expense reports) prior to entry into system via purchase order or miscellaneous entry for payment
• Perform general data entry
• Monthly credit card account reconciliation on the first day of every month.
• Bank reconciliation on a weekly basis
• Print checks, process ACH and wire payments on a bi-weekly basis
• Process overseas wires on a monthly basis
• Filing
• Assist senior financial officers as needed
• Monthly closing of Accounts Payable and running reports

What We Want From You

• 2-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Requires MS Office experience. Syteline or similar ERP system preferred.
• Experience with online billing platforms and ACH.
• Attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem solving skills are required.
