Accounts Payable

Essential Duties

• Completes payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
• Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports, recording entries.
• Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
• Monitor Accounts Payable & Voucher Payables clearing accounts.
• Analyze items for proper Sales & Use tax.
• Enter expenses for checks written at the manufacturing plants.
• Keep track of manufacturing plant bank balances in checking accounts.

Job Skills & Qualifications

• 2 year Accounting degree and/or equivalent experience
• Strong basic knowledge of Accounts Payable practices
• Proficient in Excel
• Accounts Receivable experience a plus
• Experience with Accounting systems

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
