Radiology Imaging Associates is in search of an Accounts Payable Specialist based in the Daytona Beach area. As the Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for basic accounting procedures, processing check requests, handling check disbursements, as well as compiling and maintaining accounts payable records.

Additionally, you will:

• Process invoices/check requests including matching invoice to purchase order and receiving reports, obtaining approvals and processing cash disbursements.

• Allocate costs to appropriate entities, cost centers and general ledger
• Interface with vendors, resolve payment issues.
• Prepare month-end accruals for unposted payables activity
• Assist with maintaining and reviewing cost center allocations, coding and posting.

What you will bring:

• An Associates degree in Accounting
• Minimum of two (2) or more years accounting experience with minimum one (1) year of heavy Accounts Payable experience (multiple entity experience a plus).
• Basic Excel knowledge required; Microsoft Office experience preferred.
• ERP accounting system experience required.
