Position Summary:

The Accounts Receivable Reporting Analyst is responsible for leveraging data to generate actionable insights that drive increased operational efficiency and support cross-functional, divisional groups. Reporting to the Director of Accounts Receivable, this role plays a key part in establishing and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) relevant to Accounts Receivable and the company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collect, store, and analyze data from various sources to extract meaningful insights.
• Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) relevant to Accounts Receivable and the company's objectives.
• Create and deliver reports based on data analysis findings to key stakeholders.
• Assist in developing and tracking performance expectations to accurately measure individual and group progress.
• Collaborate with Accounts Receivable Team Leads to prepare month-end bad debt reserve calculations for all divisions.
• Provide recommendations or suggestions based on data analysis findings to drive continuous improvement.
• Design, implement, update, and maintain data collection systems and tools.
• Create and troubleshoot customized software applications for specific business needs.
• Update collection tracking files weekly to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Research technology and systems that may enhance and improve delivery of Accounts Receivable reporting and analysis.
• Execute all functions in adherence to company policies and controls.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in a related field, Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 2-4 years of accounts receivable experience.
• Strong analytical skills to develop data-driven reports.
• Working knowledge of Power BI or similar Business Intelligence software.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including formulas and functions.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to collaborate across all organizational levels.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on active listening.
• Independent and organized work style with the ability to effectively manage time and multiple tasks without close supervision while meeting deadlines.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, ever-changing manufacturing environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Fluent in MS Office applications; familiarity with ERP and financial systems, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Basic math and analytical skills, including the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
