Accounts ReceivableJunkluggers an affiliate of Authority Brands Inc. is a member organization that provides national buying power to our network of more than 1,200 independent contractors and franchises in the home services industry throughout North America. We have a dynamic opening for an Accounts Receivable to support our procurement entity by ensuring that the company receives payment for goods and services offered to clients.Responsibilities:
- Maintaining accurate balances in the billing system
- Generating invoices and account statements
- Performing bank account reconciliations
- Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
- Producing and communicating financial reports with management
- Investigating and resolving any discrepancies
- Assisting in managing credit limits
Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred.
- At least two years of related experience required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software as well as other accounting software programs.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
