Ridgeline is looking for a full-time Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist to join the team. The Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist will be assisting with accounts payable, credit card expense reports, distributing weekly AR reports, and assisting with vendor account reconciliations.

The ideal candidate will be a hard working professional; able to undertake a variety of office tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion.

The General Accountabilities of the Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist may include the following:

Responsibilities

• Bill entry for the divisions. Paying close attention to any incorrect pricing on bills and correcting price discrepancies with vendors in compliance with our price list.
• Credit card and receipt entry
• Monitor changes in pricing and maintain item lists in QuickBooks.
• Generate invoices for residential.
• Generate invoices for builder variance purchase orders (VPO's).
• Weekly calendar audits to ensure all jobs are being invoiced..
• Generate monthly statements for all builders.
• Filing all paperwork associated with these tasks.

Skills

• Solid understanding of accounts payable/receivable principles.
• Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and in MS Office.
• Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Proven computer and office equipment experience
• Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
