Receptionist/ Accounts Receivable

Responsibilities:

• Answer dealership group phones for multiple locations,
• Greet and receive prospects and customers
• Handling money and payments
• Work cooperatively with the sales, service, parts, and other internal teams
• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
• Accounts Receivable for multiple locations. Prepares, posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions.
• Maintains and updates customer files
• Call on delinquent accounts
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality
• Detail Oriented
• At least 2 years experience in a similar role
• Punctual nature and ability to handle dynamic work environment
• Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
